Not included by default. If you want an ads add-on (targeting, budget, creative plan), that can be added.
Will this work with my CRM?
Yes. The follow-up plan is written to be platform-agnostic. If you want it implemented inside HubSpot or your CRM, that can be added as an implementation upgrade.
